The fine print, kept short
One page, both documents. This covers the Crunchy Super creamery website at cscreamery.shop and the order-contact form on it. We collect as little as possible and explain it all below, in plain language.

01 — Who we are
Crunchy Super creamery is an independent, industrial-style ice cream restaurant serving Cranston, Rhode Island. Our website, cscreamery.shop, exists to show the menu, tell our story, and let you send us an order request or a question. It is not a chain site, and it is not run by a platform — just us.

02 — What we collect
The order-contact form on our contact page is the single place this site gathers personal information. Everything is sent voluntarily by you — nothing is collected silently in the background.
| Field | Why we ask | Required |
|---|---|---|
| Name | So we know who to ask for when you pick up | Yes |
| Phone or email | To confirm your order or answer your message | Yes |
| Message / order notes | What you'd like, quantities, timing, allergy flags | Yes |
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site, we do not run accounts or logins, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
03 — How we use it
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask, and we do not share your details with anyone except the people in the shop preparing your order.
04 — Retention & security
Form messages are kept only as long as needed to complete your order or conversation, then cleared out — typically within 90 days. Access is limited to shop staff. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive details (like card numbers) through the form; call us at (401) 476-7149 instead.
05 — Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@cscreamery.shop or call (401) 476-7149 and we'll take care of it promptly. If you are under 13, please have a parent or guardian submit the form for you.
06 — Terms of service
Orders. Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed order. An order is only final once we've confirmed it with you by phone or email. During a rush we may not be able to fulfill every request.
Menu & prices. Flavors rotate and prices may change without notice. The menu on this site is indicative; the posted board in the shop at 6792 Union Ave, Cranston, RI 02910 is the final word. Payment is taken in person at pickup.
Allergies. Our kitchen handles milk, nuts, gluten, soy, and eggs. Tell us about any allergy in the form's message box or by phone before ordering — we'll be honest about what we can and can't do.
Site content. Text, photos, and the Crunchy Super creamery name and logo belong to us. Please don't reuse them commercially without written permission. Feel free to link to cscreamery.shop.
Liability. We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is." We're not liable for errors, outages, or decisions made based on outdated menu information.
07 — Changes & contact
If we update this policy or these terms, the new version will be posted here with a fresh "last updated" note. Material changes will also be mentioned on the home page for a while. Continued use of cscreamery.shop after a change means you accept the updated page.
